Daniel Stirling is General Manager of Dolman Legal Recruitment and manages the business as well as handling in-house recruitment. Daniel started in recruitment in 2001 and has gained high-level experience placing lawyers in private practice and in-house in the UK and Australia as well as managing and developing teams. Since moving to Sydney in 2007 Daniel has focused on managing in house legal placements for many leading Australian and global corporations. Daniel’s recruitment expertise and network of contacts in the legal market, coupled with his degree level qualifications in Law and Psychology, ensure that he is uniquely placed to advise both clients and candidates on the technical and cultural aspects of their important recruitment and career decisions.

Ralph Laughton is a Partner with the International Practice Group of Dolman Legal Recruitment. Based in Miami, Florida in the United States his global practice covers jurisdictions including New York, London, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Tokyo, Jakarta and the Middle East. Prior to relocating to the United States he served as Managing Director of Dolman Legal Recruitment’s Sydney office and had overall responsibility for private practice senior search and recruitment within Australia and international legal markets. Ralph joined Dolman after holding senior management positions with two of the largest national legal recruitment firms in the United States.

Olivia Rybicki - Consultant

Olivia Harvey joined Dolman fresh from London. She is a New Zealand qualified lawyer who spent the first three years of her career working as a commercial litigator for Simpson Grierson in Auckland before moving to London to work as a risk and compliance lawyer for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Having worked in both private practice and in house Olivia offers clients and candidates a unique insight into the technical and cultural cross over between the two legal markets.

Krystyna Conomos - Consultant

Krystyna Conomos graduated from the University of Sydney and worked as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for a number of leading law firms in Sydney including Deacons Graham & James (now Norton Rose), Gilbert & Tobin and Cowley Hearne Lawyers (now merged with Thomsons  Lawyers). Krystyna  joined Dolman in January 2012 and focuses on recruiting lawyers into in house roles.

Originally from New Zealand, Tania graduated from The University of Auckland before spending many years working in London and more recently in Australia at a number of leading law firms, including Allen & Overy, Norton Rose, Eversheds and Clayton Utz. Tania’s focus at Dolman is on the corporate side, recruiting lawyers into in-house roles. With a background in business development she has a unique understanding of the requirements of the in-house legal function.
